Verse 3. Gods. Sept. Comp. “the earth.” But the best editions agree with us, and God must be acknowledged superior to all angels, &c. Some copies of the Sept. S. Aug. &c. add, “for the Lord will not cast off his people,” (C.) which seems to be taken from Ps. xciii. 14. Bert.
